BOOKING POLICY

​Classes and workshops must be booked and paid for in advance.
Walk-ins are not permitted: If you are not registered, you will be unable to participate.
​All bookings, price plans, and memberships are for your personal use only and cannot be transferred or shared with another individual.
Classes require a minimum number of participants to run. If numbers are too low, the class may be cancelled with notice. Bookings using a plan will be credited back automatically and PAYG bookings will be offered a transfer or refund.

We reserve the right to amend the class schedule or make venue changes when necessary.
​Cancellations
​
No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation by you or failure to attend a class, workshop or event.
In the event of cancellation by us, you will be offered the option to transfer to another class, subject to availability, or issued a full refund for PAYG bookings. For bookings made with plans or memberships, a credit will be applied to your account for future use.

PAYG Classes and Workshops
Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Price Plans
Plans activate from time of purchase.
Purchasing a plan does not guarantee a place in any specific class.
All classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
To secure your spot, we strongly recommend booking your classes as soon as you have purchased your plan.
All Plans are non-refundable.
Classes booked using a Plan cannot be refunded.
Classes included in your Plan must be used within the validity period specified.
Unused classes will expire at the end of the Plan.

Two classes in each Plan are eligible for cancellation and will be credited back to your Plan, providing 24 hours notice is given. These must be rebooked by you and used within the Plan validity timeframe, subject to availability.
You may notify us directly via message, social media or email.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the credit being forfeited.
All class bookings that you are no longer able to attend should be cancelled by you by notifying us directly, to allow others the opportunity to book.
All Price Plans and Memberships include allowance for planned closures, including but not limited to:
Christmas and New Year period
Occasional Bank Holidays
Instructor annual leave
Scheduled studio or timetable breaks
No refunds, extensions, or additional credits will be issued for planned closures. Wherever possible, planned closures will be communicated in advance.

Waitlist

We operate waitlists for fully booked classes. These work on a first come first served basis.
To join the waitlist you must contact us directly via message, social media or email.
As soon as a spot becomes available we will contact you and you will have 30 minutes to claim, after this time the space will be offered to the next person or released on our website.
Waitlist is not to be used to hold a preferred spot - Requests to transfer an already booked class after securing a waitlist spot will not be allowed.​

Events
Bookings are non-refundable.
Transfer to another individual for an event booking you can no longer attend may be available at Our discretion.
If a transfer is permitted, you will be responsible for arranging the transfer with the other person directly. We do not facilitate or manage transfer arrangements.

Gift Cards
​
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
They cannot be redeemed against Workshops, Price Plans, Memberships or Events.
