MPWR HOUR classes are for adults aged 18 and above.

Expect a big friendly welcome followed by an energising WARM UP & STRETCH to blast out the nerves, a PARTYSTARTER combo to get you out of your head and unshackle your body, then a HEADLINE ROUTINE taught at a comfy pace with time to own your power! ⚡️ We wrap things up with an indulgent COOL DOWN and many laughs in between!

MPWR HOUR classes are for all abilities, whether you already dance regularly, used to dance in the past or have never danced before! Routines are broken down into bitesize chunks 🍴with plenty of repetition, time for questions and are switched up every fortnight so you can feel even more powerful styling them out in week two! Whether you nail all the moves or not doesn't matter - you'll be feeling too FIERCE to care!! 💃

Nerves are normal, but they also disappear with time. MPWR HOUR is a safe space with no pressure or judgement, where you will be welcomed with nothing but love and support.
